Entry requirements apply.
This qualification reflects the role of individuals to work in a sales leadership environment. To develop and build a broad range of knowledge and skills to sell products and services to people and business, provide sales solutions, analyse information and provide support to the team.
This course can be delivered via a Digital Classroom or flexible program of classroom training and self-paced learning activities. Students have up to 12 months to complete the course, including 26 weeks’ training program and self-directed learning.
1) Have completed a minimum of Year 12 or equivalent*;
2) Be 18 years old and over;
3) Have a minimum ACSF Level 3;
4) Complete a language, literacy, and numeracy test;
5) Have basic computing skills;
6) Must have access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone device with up to date software and a stable internet connection (not necessary for face to face classes);
7) Provide their USI.
8) Work experience in the sector is preferable.
* Year 12 or over 17 years old.

There are twelve (12) units of competency to complete, comprising of four (4) core units and eight (8) elective units of competency. Please see below for our standard BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management program. One of our ARC representatives will be happy to discuss unit selection.
ARC Training offers the opportunity to go through a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. Please talk to an ARC Training representative about applying for RPL or a credit transfer.
