The CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure & Health qualification reflects the role of workers participating in the design, implementation, and evaluation of leisure, health activities, and programs to improve the daily lives of people with varying care needs in residential facilities, community services, and day centres, including working with people supported by the NDIS.

ARC Training does not guarantee successful completion of this course or guarantee employment.
This course can be delivered via a Digital Classroom or flexible program of classroom training and self-paced learning activities. Students have up to 24 months to complete the course (General Public); or approximately 52 weeks training program and self-directed learning (Existing Workers).
Please be advised that some assessments may be conducted in a simulated environment. This course also includes a work placement component (120 hours; approximately 40 hours per week) at a care facility that must be completed in order to be awarded your qualification.

In addition to the assessment methods above, students are required to commit to participating in self-directed learning throughout the duration of their studies.
There are seventeen (17) units of competency to complete, comprising of ten (10) core units and seven (7) elective units of competency. Please see below for our standard CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and Health.
