Madison has had to deal with her anxiety her whole life. It can get so bad that sometimes she cannot leave her house. Madison said that before the recent SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail course, her confidence was pretty low. Madison was very close to turning this course down due to her anxiety but she was so glad she didn’t. Madison said that the trainer took the time to go over the content and even when she didn’t understand things, the trainer went over them again without making her feel embarrassed. She feels she has been given the necessary skills to enter the world of employment and handle customers. Madison admits she cannot put into words how much this course has improved her confidence but even her mum has seen a positive change in her! She now feels that her future is much more optimistic and cannot wait to get a job in customer service.
