This course has been developed to help school leavers gain employment in their first job in a business environment. Participants will develop the skills and knowledge required to enter the workforce, communicate effectively within a work environment and have the confidence to walk into a job interview and make themselves stand out from other applicants.
This course is delivered via a Digital Classroom program of online classroom training and self-paced learning activities.
1) Meet state funding eligibility;
2) Not hold a qualification equal or higher to a Diploma level;
2) Be unenrolled from school and over 15 years old;
3) Complete a language, literacy, and numeracy test and achieve a minimum ACSF Level 2;
4) Must have access to a computer or laptop with updated software, audio/video capa, and stable internet connection;
5) Have good computing skills;
6) Provide their USI.
At the beginning of your career? Or are you looking for a career change? This course is a great stepping stone into a BSB30120 Certificate III in Business Traineeship and could lead to employment in a position such as:
Receptionist
Customer Service Assistant
Administration
Data entry operator
Sales assistant

This course is fully subsidised under the NSW Government’s Smart and Skilled Funding Scheme. Funding may be available for eligible participants in NSW, please see links below.
