Overview

This qualification reflects the role of workers in the aged care sector operating in residential settings, clients’ homes, and community-based environments. Workers will take responsibility to provide services to people with complex care needs, assist in program development, and deliver individualised care.

This course can be delivered via a Digital Classroom or flexible program of classroom training and self-paced learning activities. Students have up to 12 months to complete the course, including 26 weeks’ training program and self-directed learning.

ARC Digital Classroom

Digital Classrooms are live training sessions where students engage directly with a qualified trainer in a virtual classroom.

This is a revolutionary take on traditional classroom-based study, proven to be an engaging alternative for students who wish to study from anywhere.

What about practical lessons and assessments?

No matter where you are, we will arrange for a trainer to meet you in your workplace or a suitable venue nearby, to perform parts of the course that require simulation or workplace assessment. Our Digital Classroom courses are the perfect balance between online, remote study and face-to-face learning.
