Brief Overview
RSL LifeCare recognises the value of its employees engaging in nationally accredited training and professional development activities. At ARC Training we specialise in delivering training programs that support existing workers to maintain work/life/study balance so you can pursue your career goals whilst maintaining your RSL LifeCare employment.
The courses that RSL LifeCare and ARC Training are offering you the opportunity to enrol in are:
- CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
- CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- BSB30120 Certificate III in Business
- BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business
- BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
The above courses are all nationally recognised. They are delivered online via a Digital Classroom with a flexible program of classroom training and self-paced learning activities. RSL LifeCare employees will have up to 12 months to complete the course, including a 44-week training program and self-directed learning. Assessment activities for the courses vary depending on program type. Entry requirements do apply and these will be discussed with you, along with any other questions you may have.
Some important things to be aware of:
- The CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Age) & CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support courses include a work placement component (120 hours; approx 40 hours per week) at a care facility that must be completed in order to be awarded your qualification. Depending on your employment history and circumstances this placement requirement may or may not apply to you. Please speak with our team to find out more.

Course Cost
Training may be funded or subsidised by your state government. Government funding may be available for eligible participants in ACT, SA, and NSW, please speak to our team to determine your eligibility. If you are not eligible for government funding the course can be delivered as a Fee for Service program. Please contact 02 8833 3999 for more information.
