Overview
ARC Pathway was developed to help school leavers get their first ever full-time job. We’ll teach participants necessary skills to prepare for a traineeship as well as a career, helping to transition them from a high school leaver into a professional.
Participants will develop the skills and knowledge required to enter the working world, communicate effectively within a work environment and have the confidence to walk into a job interview and stand out from other applicants.
Participants will receive a Statement of Attainment with three (3) units from BSB20115 Cetrificate II in Business at completion of this course.
The duration of this course is one (1) week.
Entry Requirements
There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Students will be required to provide their USI and complete a language, literacy and numeracy test.
ARC Training has policies, procedures and information to help create a safe and healthy, culturally diverse, friendly and non-discriminatory learning environment.
Training and Assessment Activities
This program involves workshops, discussions, group activities and practical assessments, and runs for the duration of one (1) week. Training and Assessment will take place in:
Classroom: Training and assessment takes place in a classroom and involve discussions.
Work Experience: Training includes one (1) day of work experience at our local office.
Assessment: Assessment may include written questions, projects and observations.

ARC Training does not guarantee successful completion of this course and obtain employment.
Course Cost
This course is delivered in New South Wales. Funding may be available for eligible participants in NSW.
Eligibility Criteria - NSW Smart and Skilled
Subsidised Training: funding may be available for eligible participants under the NSW Smart and Skilled program.
To be eligible for a subsidised place, you must be:
- an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, Humanitarian Visa Holder or NZ Citizen
- 15 years old or over
- Living or working in NSW
- No longer be at school or equivalent.
This training is subsidised by the NSW Government.

Fee For Service (where the above subsidy criteria is not met): $800

There are three (3) units of competency to complete, carefully selected from BSB20115 Certificate II in Business.
