This nationally recognised qualification teaches students how to undertake work in a business environment with a focus on administration and/or customer service. Students learn how to develop and build a broad range of knowledge and skills to carry out a range of fundamental business activities and tasks, as well as how to provide support to the team!
This course can be delivered online via our Digital Classroom or flexible program of classroom training and self-paced learning activities. Students have up to 12 months to complete the course, including 26 weeks’ training program and self-directed learning. For eligible students, your training could be subsidised by Government funding which could make starting out on your new career cheaper than you realise – Contact us now to find out more!

ARC Training views students in two ways – as general applicants looking to get skilled in a new career or students who are currently employed in the industry and looking to upskill. – If under 17 years old, must have completed year 10 or equivalent (TSNSW) – Complete LLN Assessment, and achieve appropriate ACSF Level – Be computer literate – Access to device with relevant software (camera and microphone), and stable internet connection – Provide USI or consent for ARC to apply for USI on your behalf. | – Must be an existing worker in the industry – If under 17 years old, must have completed year 10 or equivalent (STS) – Complete a Learning, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) – – — – Assessment, and achieve appropriate ACSF LLN Level – Be computer literate – Access to device with relevant software (camera and microphone), and stable internet connection – Provide USI or consent for ARC to apply for USI on your behalf |

There are 13 units of competency to complete, comprising of 6 core units and 7 elective units of competency.
We offer two standard BSB30120 Certificate III in Business programs where students can select electives related to areas of study for either Service or Administrative roles. Course fees may vary depending on the electives selected. Please see the below examples of the two types of course structures for the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business Service program.

After finishing your BSB30120 Certificate IV in Business you can continue your studies and career development by enrolling in the BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business or if you’re aspiring towards a leadership career, you could enrol in the BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management. Once you have graduated, you become an ARC Training Alumni and the process to enrol into further higher level qualifications is easy, quick, and convenient!
