This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to operate across a broad range of activities within the logistics industry – multiskilling in receiving, handling and dispatching stock coming into, or going out of stores or warehouses and chain of responsibility.
This course can be delivered in a flexible program of classroom training and self-paced learning activities. The program runs for 12 months, including:
- 14 weeks’ workshop
- Self-directed learning
To be eligible for this course, students must:
- have completed Year 12 or equivalent;
- be 18 years old and over;
- have a minimum ACSF Level 4;
- have work experience in the TLI sector;
- have basic computing skills;
- be reasonably fit;
- must have access to a computer with an internet connection, and
- provide their USI.
Training and Assessment Activities
Assessment methods may include but are not limited to:
- Short answers, projects, reports, portfolio, demo / role-play
Training will take place:
- Face to face
Students will be provided the following support services:
- LLN support
- Career counselling
- Assessment support
- Referral to personal counsellling.

Participants will need to complete fifteen (15) units of competency, two (2) core units and thirteen (13) elective units for this qualification. Please see below for our standard TLI42016 Certificate IV in Logistics.
