TLI40619 Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations (Superseded*)
This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to operate across a broad range of activities within the warehouse and logistics industry – multiskilling in receive, handle and dispatch stock coming into, or going out of stores or warehouses and chain of responsibility.
This course can be delivered via a Digital Classroom or flexible program of classroom training and self-paced learning activities. Students have up to 12 months to complete the course, including 26 weeks’ training program and self-directed learning.
ARC Entry Requirements
To be eligible for this course, students must:
- Must be working or has work experience in the sector;
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Have a minimum ACSF Level 3;
- Complete a language, literacy, and numeracy test;
- Have basic computing skills;
- Be physically fit for potential lifting requirements;
- Have access to safety boots, gloves, Hi-Viz shirt;
- Must have access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone device with up to date software and a stable internet connection, and
- Provide their USI

Training and Assessment Activities
Assessment methods may include but are not limited to:
- Short answers, projects, reports, demo / role-play, portfolio.
Mode of Delivery:
- Face to face and/or Digital Classroom – Includes self-directed learning.
I had the best time doing my Certificate with ARC training. It was awesome how I could choose my electives – it meant that I could study what really interested me. The trainers were really great too.
I did my certificate through ARC’s digital classes because as a stay at home mum, it really fit into my lifestyle. I was able to study when I wanted, where I wanted. I honestly don’t think I would have been able to get my qualification if it wasn’t for online classes.

Participants will need to complete twenty-one (21) units of competency, three (3) core units and eighteen (18) elective units for this qualification. Please see below for further information.
