Overview

This qualification reflects the role of individuals to undertake work in a business environment with a focus on administration and customer service. To develop and build a broad range of knowledge and skills to carry out a range activities. To complete fundamental business tasks and provide support to the team.

This course can be delivered via a Digital Classroom or flexible program of classroom training and self-paced learning activities. Students have up to 12 months to complete the course, including 26 weeks’ training program and self-directed learning.

ARC Entry Requirements

To be eligible for this course, students must:

1) Have completed a minimum of Year 10 or equivalent;

2) Be 16 years old and over;

3) Have a minimum ACSF Level 2;

4) Complete a language, literacy and numeracy test;

5) Have basic computing skills;

6) Must have access to a computer with an internet connection (not necessary for face to face classes), and

7) Provide their USI.

ARC Training does not guarantee successful completion of this course and obtain employment.

Training and Assessment Activities

Assessment methods may include but are not limited to:

  • Short answers, projects, reports, demo / role-play, portfolio.

Mode of Delivery:

  • Face to face and/or Digital Classroom – Includes self-directed learning.
