This qualification reflects the role of individuals to work in a sales environment. To develop and build a broad range of knowledge and skills to sell products and services to people and business, provide sales solutions, analyse information and provide support to the team.
This course can be delivered in a flexible program of classroom training and self-paced learning activities. Students have up to 12 months to complete the course, including:
- 14 weeks’ workshops
- Self-directed learning
To be eligible for this course, students must:
- have completed a minimum of Year 12 or equivalent;
- be 18 years old and over;
- have a minimum ACSF Level 3;
- have basic computing skills;
- must have access to a computer with an internet connection, and
- provide their USI.
Work experience is preferred though not necessary.
Training and Assessment Activities
Assessment methods may include but are not limited to:
- Short answers, projects, reports, demo / role-play, portfolio.
Training will take place:
- Face to face
Students will be provided the following support services:
- LLN support
- Career counselling
- Assessment support
- Referral to personal counselling.
