Government Funding

Train Australia Pty Ltd t/as ARC Training has been approved to deliver training subsidised by the New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, and ACT Government to support those who are unemployed or seeking a step up, to start on the pathway to a brighter future for both individuals and employers.

Consumer Protection 

Any student who believes that they have been treated unfairly or have a complaint are instructed to firstly speak to their allocated trainer. Where a resolution cannot be reached contact ARC Training. Where the complaint is more serious or is not able to be resolved through such informal means, the student is directed to make submit formal a complaint to support@arcgroup.com.au. Prior to submitting a formal complaint, all students must read and understand the ARC Training Complaints and Appeals Policy.

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

From 1 January 2015, everyone undertaking nationally-recognised vocational training in Australia needs a unique student identifier (USI). It enables you to access your training records and results. When you apply to do nationally recognisted training you will be asked to provide your USI on enrolment.
